Inspired Natives Collaborator Michelle Lowden (Acoma Pueblo) created this design by drawing inspiration from the vessels found in Washbashaka (the Greater Chaco Region), the lands of her ancestors. “When you place a fingertip anywhere on the design, you are still touching the whole creation,” Michelle says. The design is all connected. Symbolic of our Mother Earth, Michelle says the design demonstrates how all beings, water, land, plant life and four-legged relatives are interconnected.
